Terms and Conditions (Gambear)
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gambear website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Services, creating an account, or placing any wagers, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Definitions
- Gambear / we / us / our: the operator of the Services.
- User / you: any person accessing or using the Services.
- Account: your registered profile on the Services.
- Wallet: the on-platform area displaying balances, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Bonus / Reward: any promotional benefit including XP, level rewards, Vault rewards, codes, or drops.
- Wager / Bet: any stake placed using the Services.
2. Eligibility and Legal Compliance
2.1. The Services are intended for adult users only. You must meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction (commonly 18+ or 19+ in Canada, depending on province).

3. Account Registration and Security

4.2. For supported Originals, Gambear uses a provably fair verification system. Verification tools help confirm outcomes, but do not change the fact that wagering involves risk and variance.
4.3. We reserve the right to void, reverse, or correct results where a technical malfunction, display error, or system issue affects gameplay.
5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Crypto Transactions
5.1. Gambear supports crypto deposits and withdrawals. You are responsible for selecting the correct currency and network and for entering the correct wallet address.
5.2. Crypto transfers are typically irreversible. If you send funds to the wrong address/network, they may not be recoverable.
5.3. Deposit/withdrawal minimums, fees, and confirmation requirements are displayed in the Wallet and may vary by currency and network.
5.4. Withdrawals may be subject to operational limits, including a daily withdrawal cap and other risk controls displayed or communicated on the platform.
5.5. We may delay, reverse, or refuse transactions where required by law, suspected fraud, security risk, chargeback/abuse patterns, or breach of these Terms.
6. Bonuses, Rewards, XP, and Promotions
6.1. Bonuses and rewards are offered at Gambear’s discretion and may be subject to specific eligibility rules, wagering requirements, limits, and expiry conditions shown on the platform.
6.2. Rewards may include XP leveling, scheduled bonuses, Vault releases, random drops, or bonus codes. A reward may be split between an immediately credited portion and a Vault portion released over time.
6.3. Bonus abuse is prohibited. This includes (but is not limited to) creating multiple accounts, collusion, using VPN/proxy to bypass restrictions, exploiting bugs, or manipulating promotions.
6.4. We may withhold, cancel, adjust, or reclaim bonuses and related winnings where we reasonably believe abuse, fraud, or breach has occurred.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree you will not:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes or in restricted jurisdictions
- Attempt to access other users’ Accounts or private data
- Exploit errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities
- Use automation/bots that manipulate gameplay or promotions
- Engage in collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated betting intended to abuse rewards
- Harass or threaten staff or other users
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the platform
We may suspend, restrict, or close Accounts and void bets/winnings associated with prohibited conduct.
8. Suspension, Closure, and Termination
8.1. You may request Account closure via support.
8.2. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe:
- you breached these Terms,
- you engaged in fraud/abuse,
- your Account poses a security risk, or
- we are required to do so by law or compliance requirements.
8.3. Where appropriate, we may restrict withdrawals temporarily during security reviews, fraud investigations, or compliance checks.
9. Errors, Malfunctions, and Disputes
9.1. In case of a system malfunction, game error, or display issue, bets and outcomes may be adjusted, voided, or corrected to reflect the intended operation of the Services.
9.2. If you believe there is an error, contact support promptly and provide relevant details (coin/network/amount/tx hash for wallet issues).
9.3. Our records and system logs may be used to resolve disputes, including on-chain data where applicable.
10. Responsible Gambling
10.1. The Services are intended for entertainment. Do not wager money you cannot afford to lose.
10.2. If gambling stops feeling controlled, we encourage you to seek help and use support resources. Some players may request cooling-off or self-exclusion via support (where available).
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services, including branding, design, software, text, and graphics, is owned by Gambear or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Services will meet your expectations at all times.
13. Limitation of Liability
